A. Little Coach (Amy Little): From Survival to Thriving: My Journey

A few years ago, my life took an unexpected turn. I faced a near-death experience from septic shock caused by a perforated colon, underwent five life-saving operations, and found myself questioning everything I thought I knew about health, purpose, and well-being.

When I returned to my teaching career, I quickly realised that I was caught in a cycle that drained my energy, consumed my time, and left little room for the well-being I so desperately wanted. While I was grateful for my role as an educator, I knew I was meant for something more. I longed to feel vibrant, healthy, and in control of my life again.

Through coaching, I rewired my mindset, reframed my relationship with my body, and began envisioning a life where health, happiness, and purpose could coexist. Today, my life is unrecognisable from where I started. I left behind a career that no longer served me, embraced a path that aligns with my values, and now have the freedom and energy to prioritise my well-being while helping others do the same.

Why I Became a Health and Vitality Mindset Coach

I specialise in helping successful women who feel unwell and overwhelmed in their health journey move from illness to wellness. My mission is to guide you toward shifting your mindset, breaking free from patterns that no longer serve you, and creating a life where well-being and success thrive together.
